Fox 32 Fork Service

The seals have gone in my 2009 Fox forks so I'm going to service them myself. Can anyone confirm how much oil should go in each leg?
I will only be taking the lower legs off, so not a full strip down.
If I'm reading Fox's website correctly, 155ml should go in the damper side and only 5ml in the side with the air cartridge. Does that sound right to you guys?

So, after some more searching around, as I'm only taking the lower legs off, I will only need to add 5ml of oil, does that sound better?0

I've just serviced my 2009 forks for the first time too, and tbh if your going through the hassle of taking the lowers off anyway I,d change the oil too.
I was quite surprised to see the colour of the oil when I drained it and now I have peace of mind for the next 12 months or so knowing I,ve given them a full service.
There seems to be a multitude of service videos out there, (even on fox's own website)but this is the one I followed and all is still well with my forks.

Look for the service tab on the left hand side then find your relevant model of fork
Just remember if you do the full service to drain the damper assembly as well, not all the videos I've looked at show this procedure and if you dont do it you end up with too much oil in there!
If your still only going to do the basic seal service,I believe the 5ml of oil your referring to, is the fox float fluid which only goes around the seals and foam rings.Trek Fuel EX8 Rootbeer, mmm beer!0 -
Cheers for the link Colt, that's spot on. Gonna give them a service at the weekend.0
