Been gradually upgrading my on one scandal and its coming up pretty good now:

forks: white revalation race, i know you will tell me they are the wrong forks but they work for me and don't knock it until you have tried it :)
wheels: crossrides
gearing: XT
bars and seatpost: EC70
stem: EA50
brakes juicy 7s

    Great bike!

    I have a couple of 29er Scandals not the 26ers and I have never ridden a bike as quick as these!

    Nice.

    I have a 5 year old Scandal 26er and it is a cracking bike capable of going a lot faster than I can pedal it up hills. When I got it I was a bit worried about the coke can thin frame tubes but it has stood up to a good thrashing with no problems.
