Two riders and a Ped: CS3

Two riders and a pedestrian down on the deck on CS3 this evening near the junction with Cannon Street Road just past Shadwell DLR (heading West). Wasn't clear what had happened although I didn't stop as I didn't see the incident and there were enough other people checking up on them.

Anyone from here?

    Maybe change that to 'ped' just to avoid confusion.

    This thread really needs to be re-titled 'two riders one ped'.
