I am servicing my headset and going to do my fork why it is of the bike.
Up to now all i have been doing is spraying tf2 on the stanchions compressing fork a few times and wiping down to remove any muck drawn out of the seals.18 months on i would like to give it a service, just removing lowers and a clean and re-lube but what oils or grease is best to use.
Also do i just pull out the rebound ajuster to get to the allen bolt on the bottom of the fork.

Yes can only find the pdf of owners manual, but all it says about fork maintenance is to oil dust seals with teflon oil every 25hrs,then at 50hrs and 100hrs a strip down service by a dealer.
