Hi,
I need to remove my chain to replace my rear mech hanger, any tips on splitting the connector, I have no idea short of cutting it I cant seem to pull them apart. Ideally I would like to re-use them if I can.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

why do you need to remove the chain to replace the hanger?
Once the rear wheel and cassette is removed, there should be little tension on the chain.
undo the rear mech bolt and remvoe the hanger.
refitting is the reverse of the above.0
