Hey all, haven't been on a bike forum since the mbuk days! Finally getting back into riding :D
I've bought some 66's to put on my SX Trail (I really disliked the Fox forks). But I've just realised that the Fox's were an IS mount, I have Juicy5's on the bike, so would an adapter like

fit?

I wasn't sure if there were different sized post mounts between forks etc :?

    more info needed.

    what size disc?
    what year fork?
you may or may not need an adapter.

have you tried fitting them as is?

It's a 203mm rotor, Juicy 5's from 2007 I guess, the Marzocchi fork is the 66 Ti coil from 2010, they haven't arrived yet, I was just thinking ahead, hopefully they'll come tomorrow and nothing will need doing, the adapter doesn't look like it'd make much difference tbh.

see what size post mounts they have.

all the info is on Marzs webby.

6" post mount and you will need the adaptor you linked to an 8" post mount and you will not.

It states on their site "Post Mount (Max Disc 229mm)"
I'm hoping it will just accept the caliper as I couldn't imagine anyone running a 6inch disc on freeride/dh forks. Thanks for your help.

Ps. does any company make 229mm rotors?
