Hubs with convertible axles

I am looking to start building up another bike soon, probably a 140mm Stumpy or 160mm Enduro frame. Its going to be built up over a number of months, and I wsould like to start with building a pair of wheels. As I dont kow what axle size the fork would be taking, which hubs would people recommend which can be converted to standard QR, 15mm, and as many different axle sizes as possible? I am going to be using the bike for Cannock and the Peak district hopefully, later in the summer.

Ok, thanks guys. Hadn't thought of DT for hubs, although my Epic has them. Will probably go for Pro 2s, what about the new Evos from Hope? Are they as good or do the same job?
