help needed

Hi there new here but here goes , I have a mongoose teocali elite 2007 model later design the lower link behind the bottom bracket is shot I removed two bearings ok but the problem is the other two bearings broke away leaving just the outer race behind , I have tried tapping the races out from behind with a screwdriver and hammer but no joy so I hope someone will have an idea how to remove with damaging the frame ! I'm thinking about putting nylon sleeves / bushes in as this seems like it could be better as the lower link gets real dirty . Just hope someone out there knows what to do .
