Rattling forks - what grease?

My magura odur coil forks have developed a loud rattle. Particularly noticeable if the bike us up on the back wheel and I bounce it. After searching around it seems that putting some grease on the coil will remedy this, the spring was changed not that long ago and has been rattling since then so I'm guessing this is the cause. Anyone know what grease I should use?

Anyone also have disassembly instructions for Magura Odurs? Wouldn't mind doing this myself instead of taking a trip to the lbs.

Try the Magura website or Forum. the manuals are available for downlad. The guys in the tech centre here are also very helpful, just two of them though so the don't always answer the phone quickly.
