I've made a hole in the middle of my black, titanium railed, broken in B17 to relieve perineum pressure
It's a channel about 1" wide
Then to stop the sides splaying out I've added lacing
Photos etc here on blog

I wasn't aware of these people. They are actually a comparable price to Brooks saddles. They aren't expensive. I am always a bit suspicious of US based wonder products but on the face of it this seems really good. The "titanico" is only available in one size however so I'd have to hope this was actually my size

If you want a Brooks saddle with a hole in the middle then why not buy a Brooks Imperial?

Did you not read his blog?

In any case if the modification worked then he wont need to purchase the Imperial.

Selle Anatomica is the most comfy saddle I've ever used.
Unlike Brooks the leather is very soft from start and it's laminated underneath to prevent excessive stretching.
You can tune the feel/firmness by adjusting the tension bolt. The whole thing nicely flexes providing extra suspension.
    Highly recommended.
