Curently living in Porth, don't do to much riding local but do drive out to meet up with peeps on here on weekends, cwmcarn or afan usualy but some times just go with the flow and we end up wherever the majority goes.

checkout south wales rides.

do pop to afan in the week when i get the chance, pass pandy if your up for it.
im 40 by the way.

what about smilog lanes, taff trail etc ?

The guys are right... Check out the south wales section and see where they are headed. Where's the smilog lanes?
Taff trail is fine for a commute, day with missus or walking the dog but for a real blast u need to head a bit more off road
