Shimano MP66 spd or AM 45 spd??

Hi, I like the look of both this shoes, but what are the fundamental differences between them?Shimano MP66 spd or AM 45 spd?? Thanks for your comments.

The mp66s are good. If you've got the option of a summer shoe and get cold feet, get them am45s, they're more sealed in. Other way round, the 66. Mind you, I have the 66s and they're warm enough with a pair of sealskinz for a good few hours out on the bike in all but the coldest conditions.
