islabike rothan vs specialized hotwalk

Is there advantage to buying an islabike rothan over a specialized hotwalk? They seem similar. Reason i ask is that i already bought the hotwalk x2 for my twins but can return them if there is a compelling reason to go with islabike instead.

    my son (nearly 5) has had a Hotwalk for a couple of years and we are all very pleased with it. Worth every penny, especially as number 2 is on the way and it'll do for them too
