Map route distance help

Some time in the past, maybe as far back as a year ago a link was posted to a website where you could pinpoint a start point and then enter a distance and the website would calculate the possibilities for you (and offer gpx downloads?). Can somebody suggest where I could look for the website.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Maybe cycle streets, it give three possible routes each time. Not sure about GPX files though.I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.0
