Daft tyre question!!

Hi there - am new here so go easy!
I've recently bought a Scott Sportster 55 2011 which is great apart from the tyres, have had 3 punctures in as many weeks. The tyres are semi slick which seems to offer minimal protection from seemingly anything!
I've taken the plunge and bought some Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres - the daft part of my question is just making sure they will fit...
The wheel on my bike is 700x32H.. the existing tyres are 700x37C.
Have bought the SMP tyres which are 700x35.... hopefully I'm worrying about nothing - will these do the job?
Thanks in advance!

Will be fine - wheels aren't specific to a certain tyre width and will cover a range of them.

They are a pig to fit. Once fitted that should be it though. Look at the guide to fitting them on the Spa Cycles home page.0

I'd heard that also - having seen the below video I'm a little less nervous about having a go!

That guy sounds uncannily like Michael Caine... Anyway 10 minutes cursing and elbow grease is well worth the lack of changing a tyre by the side of the road, that is far more annoying.- Genesis Equilibrium Athena

Having had 3 punctures in the last month on these rubbish semi slicks, I can only agree!!0
