I'm trying to start mountain biking again.... after being off the bike for like 7 years .
change of job . long story.
I've got a new steed and really need to get out...... even if its on dare i say it the road.. just to get some miles in my legs.
can go on the mountains but its going to take time.
i'm 52 overweight now BUT AS KEEN as ever. just need someone to help and get me out again.

i hope you find someone buddy, one of the guys we ride with is in his 50's and regulary kicks my ass going up and down hill
