I currently have a Fizik Arione CX which is starting to show its years. It is held onto the bike with a Spesh pave seatpost.

Gernerally I ride 50 mile training rides 2 or 3 times a week, periodically do sportives, am interested in possibly racing at some point and in June will enter the L2P

In terms of replacement, may well treat myself to an upgrade and am looking at a few options:

- Arione K:1; same shape, so confident about fit/comfort but expensive and would require a new seat post as the Pave can't do carbon rails
- Selle Italia SLR TT - have borrowed a test one from my LBS and will test this over the next few weeks
- Prologo C.One 30.

In terms of a full comparison, would appreciate anyone's views and if people know where I could test the Prologo.
