Thats the nut and threaded spigot with a hole through it that holds a mudguard to the stay. I've lost one and nowhere seems to stock them, or has one in the odds n sods box (in fact it seems few places these days have an odds n sods box)... All thats been suggested so far is to buy a new mudguard....

Ideas?

You could try somewhere like Screwfix. Probably have to buy 50 of them, but it will only cost a couple of quid.

I've got some left-overs from an SKS mudguard fitting sesh but they only give you enough draw bolts for the job so I can't help but I know a man who can. Give Robin in Bridgewater a bell but expect to pay more for postage than for the actual item :(
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

I had the same problem and I emailed SKS in Germany and they send me a whole set free.

    Very nice of them.
