what bike lube

Anybody out there got any suggestions on which chain lube does the job best. I heard rock and roll gold supposed to be the business, anyone tried it?

    I use Pedros chain wax, keeps the chain lubed, quiet and rust-free.

    yeah i am using R&R gold certainely have no complaint from it , first time i have tried it and would def buy it again
