Problem with FSA BB

Hi,
I recently bought a second hand megaexo FSA.
The seller didn't send me the spacer for the BB, making the spindle VERY tight, I did 16 miles on it today, and it felt like 100!!!!!
I was wondering if anyone could help me out, I found these on wiggle, but not sure they are the right part:

If I am wrong, could someone advice me where I might be able to find the spacers.
I am worried to wreck the BB completely if I continue riding with such a tight spindle :s

    Is your BB shell 68 or 73mm ?

    sorry, should have mentioned it.
    its a 68mm one.

    In that case I think you need a 2.5mm spacer on either side, I recently had to buy some and only Hope seem to sell them seperately.

    Hang on, megaexos are 68mm you don't need the spacers. Bad advice unless it's a mtb BB.
