Twist Shift gears to Trigger?

My wife has never got on with the twist shift gears on her mountain bike. Its a very cheap full suspension bike with 15 gears (3x5). I am looking to switch her twist shifts to the trigger shift type but I am really struggling to find any that only has 5 gears on the right handle, all the ones I find are either 6/7/8 gears.

The rear gear mech is "Sunrace M15".

Any ideas on where to find a trigger shifter for 5 gears?

Thanks

Being 5 speed it will be a screw on freewheel rather than a cassette...
You could always change the freewheel cluster to a 6 or 7 speed and change the shifters too to match, The current mech should work with the new freewheel and shifter giving an 18 or 21 speed bike.
