RockShox Revelation Lockout Issues

I got my Rockshox Revelation RLT's (2011) in october 2010. Theyve probably been out on about 15 rides round cannock chase since then. Ive noticed that the Poploc Adjust suddenly keeps sticking when the lockout is released. Sometimes, when the unlock button is pressed, the lever moves as it should, but the dial on the top of the fork leg only moves halfway and sticks. Other times it doesnt move at all, and the cable just comes out the back of the lever. The floodgate adjust dial seems to be notchy sometimes, and the adjust dial on the poploc doesnt seem to work properly either. Ive tried putting a bit of lube on the dial on top of the fork leg, but that hasnt helped. A forum search brings up many with similar problems.
Is this a simple fix, or do they need to be sent to sram for warranty repair? If they do, how do I go about organising a warranty repair?
Thanks

so sticky dial.
remove and clean under it.
if it is still funny and it is not the cable it maybe the spring has shifted."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I can't find a suitable tech guide-they all seem to be for 2006 and older forks. Here is a pic of the lockout dial on the top of the fork leg(click to see full size). Where the arrow is there is a tiny bold which I assume if you undo it it will allow you to remove the blue dial. However, as it is recessed, it is very hard to see what type of head the bolt has. My smallest allen key (2mm) is too big. Can you get smaller allen keys than that? If you cant, what tool do you need to unscrew it?
