bb5 caliper part missing

I recently striped my bike down for a service and having a baby demanding most of my attention, it didn't get put back together straight away. As a result of which, I am missing the barrel adjuster/hose guide from my avid bb5 caliber. Does anybody know where I can purchase a replacement? Can't seem to find an email address on avids website so if nobody here has any suggestions I guess I'll be making an overseas call.

    CRC stock most avid spares, also they can be found on ebay.

    Fisheroutdoor supplies Avid spares & any bike shop can order from them, look through the spares & see if you can find it.

    I did have a look on crc, found the caliber bolts and washes which I also lost so will be ordering them but not sure about the barrel adjuster. They have some goodridge alloy ones but they seem to be for Hayes and elixers. Will do an eBay search though.
