Leg length discrepency

Quite a few bike fit, cleat positioning, knee problem topics floating around recently,
been having medial knee pain for a while now, learning to dial in neccesary elements
to help/ reduce problem.
Have fitted heat moldable fodotbeds,and lewedges under one shoe - this seems to be
helping but i can't find the sweetspot for my right foot/cleat, beginning to wander if leg length could be a factor.
Does anyone know of a method for measuring leg length accurately enough, thanks.

I have a leg length discrepancy, Got it diagnosed and fixed by Adrian Timmis at www.cadencesport.co.uk with some shims under one of the cleats.
It's amazing what difference it makes!0
