specialized hardrock comp disc fork upgrade

I am looking to upgrade the forks on my specialized hardrock comp disc. I don't know what I should be looking for in forks, and what I need to know about my bike to see if the forks I'm looking at match my bike. Information in this regard would be really useful. Thanks in advance.

    I'm by no means an expert but I suspect you will have to get an 80-100mm travel fork.
    There are loads of options out there. Your budget will be key in determining where you should be looking.
    Merlin has lots of good forks at reasonable prices. I picked up a Rock Shox Reba Team a few months back and it is an excellent upgrade.

    I have Carrera Vulcan and am about to fit a set of Rockshox Tora SL's which are 100mm. Got them for £94.99 fom JE James cycles. Seem to get good reviews.
