Pannier to fit Verenti Kilmeston

Hello Peeps,
my dad has bought a rather nice Verenti Kilmeston, but hes had trouble finding a pannier rack to fit it. There is an overhang on the rear dropouts which prevented the attachment of the rack he bought from Wiggle, so he had to send it back.
So if anyone uses a pannier rack with their Kilmeston it would be great to know which make and model, so i can point pops in the right direction.
