Specialized Stout 20mm hub bearing replacement (6804 2rs)

Stripped my forks off to go back to SRAM tech to have the 2-step adjuster top cap seal replaced and get them serviced.
Decided to check my hub bearings at the same time.
Popped the dust covers out with the Maxle and the bearings are 6804 2RS.
They are a little grumbly. not massively rough but you can feel they aint super smooth.
How do I change em?
Should I change to ceramic bearings?
Would Ceramic bearings be worth it?
Or should I just clean them out with IPA and regrease them?
If so is Weldtite TF2 Lithium grease ok to repack them with?

Once they are grumbling, thats pretty much it for them. Just get new ones (£5 each from local bearing shops). Tap out old ones, press in new.0

how do I tap em out there really isnt much to get hold of! there isnt even a step so I could knock em out from the other side... Or does the whole assembly knock through?Mountain: Orange Patriot FR, SubZero & Evo2LE.

My Boardman hub has the same bearings which I've just replaced last week. Got new bearings from AK Bearings.
