I've just got these forks - 2006 66 VF2's and I need the adapter for the air chambers so I can set the sag.
I just want to check that this is the correct sort of adapter I need?

pics of the valve holes. and are there any holes in the adjusters."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Will have to get back to you... am away from the bike for a week! Just remembered I'd need one so thought i'd post it up lol.
Basically there are no adjusters on the top. You unscrew the cap and the air valves are underneath.0 -
and they may be standard Shreader or they may need the adapter you linked to."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

def not schrader... they're sort of inside the fork leg so something needs screwing down into the fork... ie. my normal shock pump wont fit.0

then yes that could work.
there are 2 sizes of Mar adapters. (genuine) the thread is the same but the shaft is different. the new (black) has a narrower body. this is only important if the adapter has to pass though any orifices to get to the valve as the old (silver) will not fit unless the adjuster is removed to allow unfettered access."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Consider asking the vendor for the adaptor too. AFAIK should come with the fork. I had bought a z1 and I asked the vendor and he sent me one, threads look very similar to the wiggle one, mine was ally and rather long but was probably the factory one.Giant Reign X10
