New wheels axle question....

Apologies if this question has been asked a 100 times before but I find all the axle stuff a bit confusing.
I have standard q/r wheels.
I have a Reba team fork and someone recommended I get a 15mm axle.
I need new wheels.
If I get a new front wheel, prob a hope pro II, with 15mm axle.
Will it fit and do I need to do anything to make it fit?
Apologies again if this a common question.
Cheers.

you will need to order it with a 15mm kit."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

You didn't specify if your forks are 9mm QR? If they were used with your current QR wheels then you'd have to stick to QR as forks cant be converted like a hub can (well you can buy new lowers but thats considerably more expensive)).0

I guess it is a standard 9mm q/r fork.
I bought it a few months back and replaced my old dart.
I just transferred the old wheel.
Does this mean I cannot use a different size axle?0 -
No, just 9 mm qr.0

Ok.
Thanks for your prompt replies, as usual.

If it's any consolation you probably (almost certainly?) wouldn't have noticed any difference going to a 15mm thru axle.0

how to make a simple question difficult.
"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
