The two big names are probably the Park Big Blue Book (all bikes), and Zinn's Road Bike Maintenance.
I've got the Blue Book and I'm pretty happy with it.

I've got both of the above-mentioned books. Both are excellent, although I find Zinn more enjoyable to read and use. Both, though, are excellent, and I find having both quite handy as you have different pictures, explanations and approaches.0

i just got the big blue park tools book and its great, I managed to successfully tune up my gears without any swearing!!0
