Hope Pro 2 conversion kits

I'm buying a new set of wheels to go on my orange five, the existing wheels on the five (15mm front -maxel lite rear) will be going onto my rocky ridge, the rocky ridge naturally has standard qr front and rear so, am I right in thinking that the front wheel will just need the conversion kits swapped over and the rear wheel will need the axels swapped over as well. Confusing I know but a easy way to drop 500 grams off the marin and pimp the five at the same time :D

    Unfortunatley I didn't read that my new wheels have the new Pro 2 EVO hubs, bugger!
