    I think he underachieved in a "difficult era" but who knows?

    He fitted me for my 1st road bike: Planet X SL Carbon.

    He tried to get me to spend a little more on a Ti frame and dura ace.... In retrospect he was right as I ended up with a Ti. Let me have a play on some of the bikes, and gave me some great advice.

    Top bloke, and had all the time in the world to help me. Friendly, and genuine.
