Slipping chain?

I replaced my chain as it was slipping (apparently due to being stretched) now it's slipping even worse but it seems to be slipping on the rear cassette now where it was the front rings before. What do I need to do to fix it?
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.

OK, so I've been thinking about going to 10 speed, but that means hub, cassette, shifter, chain and rear mech right?

  • You won't need a new rear mech, but you will need chain, cassette and shifter.

Sort of academic now that I got a new 7 speed cassette and the slipping is gone but would I need to change the hub/wheel?
