after 3 years of hard use, I'm looking to get my set of formula 'the ones' a full strip down and rebuild service.

as the UK distributors, propell used to offer this with their in house technicians but i believe that sailverfish took over the UK right end of last year?

does anyone know if they offer a similar service (helpfuly no phone number listed on website), or if not them, anyone good to do it?

Most lbs i've been to in the past for spares / pads etc just look blankly when you mention formaulas, so don't really want to trust my stoppers to somebody who doesn't know what they're doing wiith them

there is bugger all to them.

    how do the brakes feel?

if there is nothing wrong i would not bother.

but if you really want to get the seal and read the service manual it aint rocket science.

I have no sympathy for propell losing the deal, they offered awful support.

I waited 3 months for spare screw before being billed £30 for it.
I got in contact with the USA section, they mailed screw out for me next day for free.

When I do get them serviced I sent them to freeflow bikes. The have custom machined parts so will even stick on a braided hose if you want (purely cosmetic mod as the current hoses are good, but bling is bling).

Nice guys, they messed up an order or two but made up for it and sent free bits to say sorry.

No experience with silverfish service department, but spoke to a complete retard there on a raceface warranty once.

My 180mm cranks broke under warranty. I wanted a different size, so asked nicely if they could do a different. The guy said no, and that he had checked with raceface personally (lieing cunt). After waiting a month or so I went direct to raceface to find out the issue. 180mm cranks were no longer made so raceface was having to machine up a pair especially for me. I explained that I didn't want the 180 size and had new cranks in a couple of days. Wasted a month as he could be arsed to ask a question, so wasted both mine and raceface's time.

Why do they let fucktards deal with warranties, can't all people be like the guys at hope and superstar!?

    hmm, bit of a ramble.

Short answer, Freeflow do good work.
