Brake Fluid Change ??

Hi all ...

the last couple of rides i have noticed that my brakes front and rear have become very notchy, when i pull the leaver it sort of sticks then clicks before braking ... the brakes i have are Shimano M575 disc hydraulic ... i have had them from new and are about 15 months old, the pads are fine and was wondering could it be time to change the fluid ?
