hope floating rotors rubbing

hi guys
Anyone got any tips on how to set up Hope M4 calipers and a 203mm floating rotor, I have spent many a happy hour on trying to set them up, no matter what I do I cant stop them rubbing, I think that the rotor may have a slight warp in it, the back rotor and caliper set up lovely in no time, but this bu**er is beating me.
If the rotor is warped can it be strightened or must it be binned?

get it as good as you can then go ride and bed it in. then the pistons/pads should be sorted.
