    For that price range (maybe £40.00 max) I would recommend the Exposure Flash. Great little light.

    It may sound like a stupid question but are you looking for a light so that you can see on a dark unlit country road type of commute or a pop across town on well light roads?

    Also, how long does your commute normally take?

    It might be worth poking around on the commute forum too.
