Depends on too many variables, which tyres, your weight, road surface etc etc.0

Its says on the tyre wall 125psi as max...my bike is Spealised Allez Elite 2010 I have same tyres on the bike that were oin there when I bought it.

As a ballpark, unless you are super light, or super heavy, I'd say between 90-100 on the front and 100-110 on the rear.
You don't need any more than that (unless you are running skinny tubs or something)0 -
