Totally Gutted!

Had my Tour of Flanders confirmation rider number arrive by email today. The only thing is thanks to my crash I can't go now due to a knackered back and bike. Totally gutted! Infact it's the most gutting thing to happen to me to date since taking up riding.

Whats the most gutting thing to happen to you since you started riding?

    best part of a year off the bike with a thoroughly mangled neck on one of the few days I had to use my car and got totally wiped out by a speeding *&^%$£ coming the other way and the fact that its taken nearly 10 years to get onto drops again.

    Refundancy. I lost my commute which I used as base training and my new job has long, anti-social hours that means I don't have enough time to ride. It's a total pisser. :x
