Headset for Focus Variado
One for the more experienced bike mechanics.
I'm in the process of re-building my winter bike and swapping my Orbea Asphalt frame for a 2007 Focus Variado frame. I need to replace the headset and crown race as the ones I've got are too tight a fit.
I've been advised (although not explained so a novice mechanic like me can understand) that I need a zero stack (!?).
Can someone enlighted me and recommend a cheap-ish solution. It's only the winter bike after all.

If I've understood this right then an FSA Orbit ZS-3 Aheadset would be suitable for my needs.
