Just got my. Lyrik 2-steps back from fishers due to a lost travel warranty issue
Opened the box there was red rum all over the. Crown so cleaned it off fitted them to my bike and is leaking from the travel adjuster down the crown, stansion over the wiper seal down the lowers and over the rotor
Any one else had similar service thinking of emailing sram as they were returned in an sram box with not enough padding the post mount was sticking out the box!

what is the point in mailing sram.

your issue is with Fishers who is sram in the UK.

Dunno just very annoyed second time they've been back to fishers

First time they fitted a new 2010 2-step kit
this time the ticket says 2-step bled and wavy washer replace I'd expect them to package them properly and fit refit the seals so they don't leak don't see why I should have to pay to keep posting something off they can't be bothered to repair properly.

I work in a warranty center repairing machines I wouldn't send out a chain saw knowing it was going to come straight back as I couldn't be bothered to fix it propertly in the first place

SRAM Tech Centre now handle all the servicing and warranty work for SRAM in the UK instead of Fishers Outdoor

That explains why the service sheet has changed and the box says Sram Service on it

had a look and the seal for the top cap on the fork has the seal sticking out in places
Wonder if they've m wonder if they've screwed up the internal seals too?

    The 2-step doesn't work properly...
It doesn't lower enough which is a sign of insufficient oil in the 2-step control thingy.
