  • Those are some pretty tasty bikes you've got there. It's fair to say I'm more than just a little bit jealous.

What brakes have you got planned for the Helius then? Also, how much does it weigh?

tranny is under 23lbs, helius is 33lbs, road bike is 18lbs and dh bike 46lbs

I'm either going to get hope tech x2s for the tranny, and put the xtr onto the nicolai, or I'll get the hope tech v2 for the nicolai and leave the xtr on the tranny

Pretty much, the two major improvements over the 2011 fox float fit rlc kashmina coated fork is that they ride higher in their travel (i.e. the sit up more) and the small bump sensitivity is much much better, on par with the best coil forks i have ridden.

The prices are going back up at the end of march

they sound incredible, ive played around with my floats today and ive got them feeling fantastic, as sensitive as my rev's but much more support in the mid stroke, ive added a few clicks of low speed after setting them up and they are pretty much perfect :D

im skint as it is, as much as i would love too, i just cannot afford them  i got a great deal from work on the fox's so im more than happy with them :D

the x2's are great, plenty of power, great modulation, lots of adjustment and if theyre anything like my other hopes, super reliable, and they come in green 8)

I assume this is French petrol - be careful in reverse - the car will retreat rapidly at the least provocation.

I love them all. Somebody in my club also rides a Tranny. (I've just realised how that sounds  ) But the frame is gorgeous, very nicely done. The nicolais' are also lovely. Is the top one sporting a BOS fork. Sorry I'm not clued up on nicolais, don't see many of them.
