Hello just a quick note i've started a cycling club in Cumbria, its free entry and the idea is to cover the whole of Cumbria, that way people who join can find like minded rider's near to them, based out of Whitehaven but with members from as far out as Askam-In-Furness.
regular meets are arranged for all members distance and pace is set at the slowest rider so no one gets left behind, we have rider's from Novice through to Racer's, Mtb & Road.

the club site is set up as a Forum so people can message each other easily,
we have a deal with a local bike shop Braemar Bike's for discounts on all sorts of bits and bobs.
please feel free to drop by and join in, we will be doing the Peter Taylor ride on the 27th-March-2011 so the more the merrier to support this cause. other sportive's will be arranged like the Jennings River ride in Sept-2011. http://www.cumbria42.com
