Norfolk and Suffolk – 24th July 2011
Wales – 21st August 2011
Scotland – 4th September 2011
London – 18th September 2011
Stoke-on-Trent – 25th September 2011
But none in Devon! Boo!!!
These Tour Rides are expensive (for a very good cause though - Prostate Cancer Charity), so I think it's unlikely I'll be travelling out-of-county to take part. The Somerset-Devon one was great last year, but it's so much easier when it's close to home.

More details are online now - http://www.tourride.co.uk/
Really fancy doing the Welsh one - not sure about the logistics though as these are point to point rides not the usual circular sportive route.
I feel some interesting family discussions looming on this one...............All my life I've wanted to be someone; I guess I should have been more specific.0 -

I'm considering doing the Stoke one again, did it last year and enjoyed it. They have a 1/3 discount if you sign up before 16th May (although that might only be for those who rode last year) making it £23 for the pro rides - all of which goes to charity I believe.
Details of the routes are out next week when the full ToB route is announced.0 -
I did the Stoke pro ride last year and even at £23 it's excellent value for money.
Not sure if I'll be able to do one this year as I'll be training for a marathon (running)0 -
For the Scottish one on Sept 4th you have the local options of the Peebles CC event and just to the south near Carlisle the well established Cumberland challenge. Both on far better routes and much cheaper.
Correction, the Peebles CC is on Saturday 3rd Sept this year, entry just £10 so this now gives you an option of a super weekend in the Scottish BordersSportives and tours, 100% for charity, http://www.tearfundcycling.btck.co.uk0 -

Funny, my reading of the website is that none of the registration fee goes to the charity, but instead you are invited to use the event to do extra fund-raising. I wish events like this and the etape Caledonia would make it crystal clear as to what does or does not go to the associated charity.Sportives and tours, 100% for charity, http://www.tearfundcycling.btck.co.uk0
