Which one? Wilier Triestina or Dolan Mythos Apex

Hi all
I use to have a Giant Once with campag which I sold for almost the same money that I got it for three years on when I needed the money. I have been missing cycling really badly but this year I have just signed up to do the London to Southend in July, I have been thinking of getting a new bike and seem to be stuck deciding between two bikes. The first is a Wilier Triestina Mirage 10 Speed which has campag and the other is a Dolan Mythos Apex - Omega Road Bike 2010 full carbon.
I understand the carbon bikes wheels are not so good and I think (please correct me if I am wrong) that the group set is cheep.
Can anyone help me with this decision please i would love to hear what others think and please let me know if you think I should look at any other bikes around the same price range.
