For me it was today, getting clocked by the "polite" speed camera that thanks you for going under 30.

Clocked at 25mph. Not very fast you may say but I was on the MTB with a fecked ankle.

And, yeah it's now even more screwed so that plan didn't work.

So what makes you feel good?

Love n hugs

  • we have ones on the olympic park that show you your speed if above 4mph ( site speed limit is 15mph)

i can set it off at 6mph when i am walking across site in the morning . dunno what i could get on the bike, as we are not allowed them on site :( would be easy to segregate a cycle route too . proper green construction instead of running buses for 14 hours a day non stop
Veni Vidi cyclo I came I saw I cycled

  • The scales in the morning when they tell me I weigh a pound less than I did the day before.

The first coffee of the day, makes my day. (that's the one with 2 sugars in it to kickstart my system, the rest of the day I only have 1)

The milky coffee I treat myself too after a decent ride nver fails to make me feel good.

when the descent looks longer and steeper than the climb! (I am guilty of purposely planning my routes this way round sometimes!)

Knowing what time of the morning they rock up here, that's pretty damn impressive.

Following One Man and His Bike's theme, a double espresso. Never fails to give me a good feeling buzz.

Got the correct PSI now thanks!! Didn't buy a pump though, too tight. I will be seeing the physio soon as it's still no better.
