Good Morning.
I'm the only one left down in the flat, everyone else has gone home for easter. Cleaning the flat today, making it lovely, then I'm popping to Oxford street later to see if I can spend a bit more of the overdraft.
Got a hockey match tomorrow morning so heading upto potters bar tonight ready to get the minibus tomorrow.
Weather looks lovely outside, think I'll probably walk it into the centre.
Laters0 -
I'm going out on a ride in a few minutes and then I've got a hockey match at 4pm. Wednesbury at home, we'll see how it goes as they're a bit rough but at least we'll have unbiased umpires for a change.
Tomorrow, I've got hockey training in the morning annd then I'll be back on the bike to go to the Kinver Downhill course with a mate, to hurt ourselves like last week.0 -

Doh!! I screwed it. Clocked by a polite speed camera at 25mph as I came back into the village so worth it I guess.

Bacon Fail!
Someone had opened the pack of bacon earlier in the week and not sealed it back up properly and it doesn't smell right.
Cheese omelette just isn't the same without it...
Still, awesome ride on the TT bike.0 -

The mavics, are they elite or limited edition? Can't see the red spoke to indicate limited but then my eyesights crap.
Ex OH uses one of these

Nice bike but if you ever get one, change the bars to 3T.

Pretty sure the Mavic's aren't limited. The whole bike was just under £1k as it was purchased on the Bike2Work scheme (and yes, I do use it to commute on...)
I like the Moda frames, but couldn't get anything like that within my budget.0 -

Bang on for the money by the look of it. I'm lucky when it comes to bikes. The only other "issue" with the moda is that it doesn't have internal cables which I find a bit crap considering the money.

Morning crudders
Just back from Cannock, Mrs G managed to notch up 10 miles of blue run o n her first bike in 10 years, somehow she managed to fall of on the flattest bit of path ever but overall she loved it, which is cool, as she now understands better why I enjoy it, and it means I can go with her and turn the legs over and get miles under my belt0 -
Did you do the loop from Marquis down to the shooting range and back?0
