    I did do a google review but its only showing when i log in



    wouldn't mind so much but i found another bike shop 5 mins down that seems 100 times better lol

    always the way isn't it?

    Talk to them and see if they have heard any horror stories. They might feel sorry for you and let you have a new stem at cost.

    I have, all they would say is am not the first to come to them after going there.



    got a stem sorted from sonic off his mongoose to get me going again :D
