Shimano LX M580 cranks with XT M770 chain ring?

I have a rather old Shimano LX M580 Chainset (HollowTech II) which needs a new middle chainring. Can I use replace it with a 32T Shimano XT M770 Middle Chainring? Like an idiot I forgot to measure the PCD on my chainset before I left home and am now in Bali where my nearest bike shop is and they only have XT chainrings. The PCD on the XT ones are 104mm.

    PCD are the same if 4 bolt but you may need to file the shoulders a bit as shimano play around with those sizes.
