Last lot I got was from physiosupplies .com.
I think they also trade through ebay which may be easier if you use it.
Depending on what exercises and strenght you have blue is a good general colour/strength to get.Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals! Except the weasel0 -
